- Blending Tradition and Technology for Creative Exploration
Introducing the PD100 Art Creation Themed Series Courses
The Theme Series is one of the featured premium courses of PD100. This course focuses on art theory as the entry point and integrates traditional and new technological art creation techniques.
Course Format: The course revolves around each session's theme, conducted through offline platform art teaching, in the form of open classes and small group instruction, aiming to comprehensively enhance students' artistic literacy and their ability to create art using different media.
Theme Courses:
Each theme consists of 2-3 sessions (the first session is an open class, welcoming parents to participate), mainly including art history lectures, museum visits, student work critiques, exhibitions, and other activities.
Small Group to individual Instruction:
Focused on guiding students in art creation around each theme, encouraging experimentation with various artistic mediums to each individual.
Course Features:
Offers content-rich courses in art history and appreciation, with each series featuring an open class that welcomes parents to participate. This facilitates further understanding by parents and enhances interaction between children and parents.
PD100 respects the natural tendencies, preferences, and individual temperaments of children, establishing personalized learning methods and goals for each student. PD100 adheres to the philosophy of "free creation, free heart," encouraging students to let go of burdens and create boldly, a belief firmly integrated into our teaching.
Focuses on further developing students' art creation abilities around thematic content, including training in two main areas:
Traditional visual arts courses focusing on sculpture, drawing, and color
Teaching digital art software, emphasizing the introduction and practice of using popular digital art software and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Teaching Objectives:
To improve traditional art and computer application skills in a short period of time, create new artworks that adapt to social development, and lay a solid foundation for future studies and job searches that combines technology and art.
To help students recognize and understand more art concepts, techniques, and trends, broaden their horizons, inspire creative inspiration, and open up creative thinking. Enhance students' artistic taste and aesthetic judgment.
To train students in different visual art fields around the theme, improving technique skills while cultivating creative thinking. Assignments and requirements are set according to different ages of students, aiming to present more in-depth and complete artworks in the end.
Appreciating art, loving art, and creating art are the most precious gifts we can give to our children. At PD100, we hope to help our children find and strengthen the power to create, shape, and reimagine the world. More than ever, we need to create a space for children to explore themselves and the world, a safe space to take risks and face challenges, a space where they can unleash their imagination.
